Are you looking to reduce your stress levels? Are you experiencing challenges at work or at home, and wishing you had a little more time in your day? Do you feel like you need the occasional break from your busy life… and your busy mind? Many people find mindfulness skills helpful for managing stress, tolerating difficult emotions, and improving self-care. Research indicates that mindfulness can be beneficial for both our physical and mental well-being.

Topics covered in this program include:

  • Understanding what mindfulness is… and isn’t
  • Increasing gentle awareness of body and mind
  • Exploring meditation and breathing exercises
  • Observing our thoughts/feelings without getting caught up in them
  • Respond mindfully (instead of reacting automatically)
  • Finding breathing space in our busy days
